I forgot my password

If you’ve forgotten your password or want to create a new one, follow these steps:

Steps to Reset Your Password

1. Go to the Sign-In Page

   • Click the “Sign In” button in the top-right corner of our homepage.

2. Select “Forgot Password”

   • On the sign-in page, click the “Forgot Password” link located below the email and password fields.

3. Enter Your Registered Email

   • A new page will open where you can enter your registered email address.

   • After entering your email, click “Send Reset Link.”

4. Check Your Email

   • Look for a password reset email in your inbox.

   • If you don’t see it, please also check your spam or junk folder.

5. Reset Your Password

   • Open the email and click the reset link.

   • Follow the on-screen instructions to set a new password.

Notes

• The reset link is valid for a limited time. If it expires, repeat the steps above to request a new one.

• Make sure to use the same email address that is linked to your account.
