How do I request a refund?

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you are eligible for a refund, our Customer Support Team will be happy to assist you.


How to Start a Refund Request

  2. Provide the Following Information (if possible):

    • The email address linked to your account

    • The last 4 digits of the card used for payment

    • The date and amount of the charge

  3. Wait for Review

    • Our team will review your request in line with our policies.

    • Refunds are approved on a case-by-case basis.


Notes

  • Refund eligibility depends on factors such as subscription status, timing, and usage.

  • Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
