Can I delete my account?

If you wish to permanently delete your account, please follow the steps below. Please note: Deleting your account is irreversible and will remove all your data from our system.Steps to Delete Your Account

Log in to your account.
Click your profile icon in the top-right corner.
Navigate to User Settings.
Scroll down to the bottom and select Delete Account.
Follow the on-screen instructions. You will be prompted to enter DELETE to confirm.
Once completed, you will see a notification confirming that your account and data have been successfully deleted.

Important Reminders

If you have an active subscription, you must cancel your plan from the User Settings page before deleting your account. Otherwise, the subscription will not be terminated.

If you’ve already canceled your subscription but it is still active until the end of the billing cycle, the system will display an additional confirmation pop-up before finalizing account deletion.

Once the account is deleted, users will immediately be converted to guest users, and a confirmation email will be sent to acknowledge the deletion.

Data Retention Notice
For security and compliance purposes, we will retain your email address in our event log for 6 months after deletion.
