Can I delete my account?

Important: Deleting your account is permanent and removes all your data.

Steps to Delete Your Account

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Click your profile icon (top-right).

  3. Go to User Settings.

  4. Scroll down and select Delete Account.

  5. Follow the on-screen instructions.

    • You will be asked to type DELETE to confirm.

  6. A confirmation notice will appear once deletion is complete.


Reminders

  • Active subscriptions: Cancel your plan in User Settings before deleting your account. If not, billing will continue.

  • Canceled but still active: If your plan runs until the end of the billing cycle, you’ll see an extra confirmation pop-up before deletion.

  • After deletion:

    • Your account converts to guest access.

    • A confirmation email is sent to you.


Data Retention

For security and compliance:

  • Your email remains in our event log for 6 months after deletion.

  • After that, it is permanently erased in line with regulatory standards.
