Can I delete my account?

- Log in to your account.
- Click your profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Navigate to User Settings.
- Scroll down to the bottom and select Delete Account.
- Follow the on-screen instructions. You will be prompted to enter DELETE to confirm.
- Once completed, you will see a notification confirming that your account and data have been successfully deleted.
If you have an active subscription, you must cancel your plan from the User Settings page before deleting your account. Otherwise, the subscription will not be terminated.
If you’ve already canceled your subscription but it is still active until the end of the billing cycle, the system will display an additional confirmation pop-up before finalizing account deletion.
Once the account is deleted, users will immediately be converted to guest users, and a confirmation email will be sent to acknowledge the deletion.
For security and compliance purposes, we will retain your email address in our event log for 6 months after deletion. After this period, the data will be permanently removed in accordance with regulatory standards.If you have any questions or need assistance with this process, please contact our privacy team at privacy@legaltemplates.net
