Why am I seeing "Canceled Due to Payment Failure" in Billing History

If you see “canceled due to payment failure” in your billing history, this means our attempt to process your payment was declined by your financial institution. This might happen for various reasons, like insufficient funds or an expired credit card. Your subscription will remain canceled and will not be billed again unless you update your billing information.
