How do I resend a document for e-signature that has already been sent?

You can duplicate a document if you need to send the same template for signature more than once. Please note that only documents in Draft mode can be duplicated.


Steps to Duplicate a Document

  1. Go to the Drafts Tab

    • Log in to your account and navigate to the All Documents section.

    • Click the Draft tab to view documents that are still in draft mode.

  2. Find the Document

    • Locate the draft document you want to duplicate.

  3. Open the Actions Menu

    • Click the dropdown arrow next to the draft document.

  4. Select “Duplicate”

    • From the menu, click Duplicate to create a new copy.

    • The new draft will appear in your document list and can then be prepared for E-Signature.


Notes

  • Only draft documents can be duplicated. Completed, signed, or cancelled documents cannot be duplicated.

  • The duplicated draft is independent—you can edit it, send it for e-signature, or save it separately.

  • This feature is especially helpful when sending the same agreement to multiple recipients.
